SNV, the convener of the domestic biogas working group of the Energy for All partnership is in need of a national consultant for the identification of innovative biogas project opportunities in China. The national consultant will work under a contract with SNV and in close cooperation with a team leader or an advisor made available by the Energy for All Partnership Secretariat. The national consultant is expected to have strong background with experience with the domestic biogas sector development in China, be able to report in English and preferably be an independent unbiased opinion holder.
Interested candidates are expected to submit the latest CV together with a brief draft work plan and a budget (including the consultant’s daily rate, travel costs, consultation meeting costs, and any other relevant costs) before 2 October 2011.
